Bobby Luthra moved to Central Florida in 1978 at the age of 6. He attended Lake Brantley High School and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

In 1996, he entered the Real Estate Brokerage field, and by 1999, he began buying, managing, and leasing commercial properties in Central Florida. In 2000, he initiated the development of residential lots for multiple National Home Builders.

With more than 20 years of experience, Bobby currently owns and manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio (PIB). Property Investment Brokers and the Luthra name have become synonymous with quality commercial, industrial, and residential real estate developments in the Central Florida area, as well as real estate brokerage throughout the state.

Today, nearly 30 years later, hard work, growth, and strategic acquisitions have brought much success to PIB, laying a strong foundation for what has become a multi-million dollar company.

PIB operates under 80 different companies, owning over 4,000 residential lots and well over 8,000 acres of land throughout Central Florida. Additionally, it has income-producing components with industrial warehouses, retail shopping, and developments.
