Sadique Jaffer is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, celebrated for his exceptional networking skills with legal professionals, real estate developers, homebuilders, and CPAs. With a passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, investments, and philanthropy, Sadique has a track record of creatively solving business and real estate challenges.

In 1987, Sadique initiated his journey with strategic land and building acquisitions in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Responding adeptly to market shifts, he transitioned to Houston, Texas, in 1989, capitalizing on the savings and loan collapse, acquiring commercial and residential properties, including apartment complexes and office buildings.

Building on his achievements, Sadique ventured into Central Florida in 1996, anticipating both growth prospects and advantageous tax conditions. His real estate investments in Florida have witnessed substantial appreciation, establishing him as a prominent landowner in Central Florida, with a notable presence in Seminole, Volusia, Polk, Brevard, and Orange County.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Sadique has been instrumental in a lucrative computer and technology sales enterprise, consistently achieving annual sales volumes in the eight-figure-range for more than three decades, operating in both New York and Minnesota.

Dedicated to giving back, Sadique and his family established The Jaffer Family Foundation, an IRS-approved 501c3 organization. Their philanthropic efforts extend globally, supporting projects to uplift the less fortunate.
