Electrical service provided by Progress Energy.
Natural gas service provided by Florida Public Utilities. Gas main extension will be required to provide service to the site. Existing gas main approximately 1 mile from site. Individual tanks may be utilized until gas service is available to site.
Sewer service provided by Volusia County Water and Sewer. Existing force main runs along north side of Howland Blvd and toward the site on the Howland Boulevard access road. On-site private lift station will be required.
Water service provided by Volusia County Water and Sewer. Existing 16 water main runs along south side of Howland Blvd. and toward the site on the Howland Boulevard access road. The county infrastructure is in place, but there is no capacity for additional developments at this time. The City has committed to having available capacity before Phase I completion.
Communication service is provided by Embarq Communications.
